Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Email our style squad at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Chester address (provided in approval email) using a trackable service
- Confirmation: Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Appearance: Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- For lower-priced exchanges, we’ll refund the difference
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

- Include photos of the damage or fault
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund
