How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes detailed size charts to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our charts for the best results. When in doubt between two sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
Are your swimwear items lined?
Yes! All our bikini bottoms and tops feature comfortable lining to ensure both style and modesty. Our fabrics are chosen for both their fashion appeal and practical wearability.

Where does Sway Line Zone ship?
We ship worldwide to fashion lovers everywhere! Currently, we’re unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia, but we’re working on expanding our reach. Our Chester-based team carefully packages each order before it begins its journey to you.
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your chosen method:
– Standard Shipping (£12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days
– Free Shipping (orders over £50 via EMS): 15-25 days
During peak summer season, we add extra staff to keep things moving quickly!
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Quick like a summer breeze! Email us at [email protected] within 2 hours of ordering if you need to make changes. After that, your package will already be in processing.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we focus on providing the most affordable options for our fashion-forward community. Our standard shipping is already quite speedy, but we’re always evaluating new delivery options!

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from delivery date. Just ensure items are unworn with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been tried on without underwear.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we handle exchanges through our return and repurchase process. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the size or style you prefer. This ensures you get your new items as quickly as possible!
